Joyous Minds is an initiative by Manu Data to provide affordable counseling to improve mental health. She is focusing on students’ academic and psychological needs by conducting various psychometric tests, activities, and assessments. Manu Data is a Psychological Counselor.
Mental health is a combination of our psychological, emotional, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel and act. Around 1 in 7 of the world’s adolescents have a mental disorder. Depression is a common mental disorder. It is estimated that 5% of adults suffer from depression.
